Today's not a good day so I am going to bless myself with love! I am tired so I bless my energy levels with love. A lot of people around me are annoying me so I bless them all with love. I bless the place I work with love. I bless the ratty wanker of a member who instead of getting off his arse to sort his own account out, blamed me for his problems, - with a tonne of love because if he behaves that way in his life in general, then he must be surrounded by people who think he's a complete fuckwit! I am willing to let go. I release. I let go. I bless him with love!

I bless the Israeli government with love especially after they text messaged the Lebanese people to let them all know that even though they are being blown to smithereens - that they are not the targets. I bless you guys with love. I bless the brains of both sides of this stupidity with love because its obvious your hearts aren't working. I bless Hezbollah with love too and hope that the bombed up country, the destroyed ways of life and the wasted lives were all worth it.
I bless you all with lovelight so that you can start seeing the egotistical wank that all this bullshit truly is!

I bless Lebanon with love - I hope one day there will be no war of any kind - to destroy and lay waste to your beautiful country, and that one day you may all have peaceful, fruitful and joyous lives.

I bless Syria and Iran with love and hope that the karma that comes back to you is just as much as you deserve. Not too little, not too much! Just right!
I bless the president of Iran with love even though his hardline attitude is neither helpful or realistic. I bless the Iranian nuclear program with love and hope that its weapons are so enveloped in love that they can't be bothered firing.

I bless George W Bush with love and for all the people who voted for him because you need all the love that the world has to offer. Love is the only thing thats gonna get you out the crap you've got yourselves in! I bless the Presidency with love and hope love guides all the decisions and policies whether they want it too or not.

I bless Condoleeza Rice with love and hope that her political sense is as sharp as her fashion sense and that she can help broker a lasting peace. I bless all the world's policy makers with love and hope one day intelligence, truth and real understanding are fundamental to all decisions that they make so all this stupidity can be worked out around a table instead of an obliterated country.

I bless each and every soldier who serves in the armies of the Coalition of the Willing and hope that love can not only keep them safe but return them well and healthy to the people who love them.

Did I mention I'm having a rough day? I bless myself with love and hope that I acheive everything I want and need to, today, with ease and eventually with joy! I bless myself with so much love that it surrounds me like a warm blanket that guards against my own fears, tension, anger, sadness, resentment, guilt and any self imposed limitations that I may burden myself with.
